The owner and his business are the most disrespectful, awful cleaners I have ever used in all of my life. This man, not only cursed at me when I brought in an item that I had questions about, as to why it shrunk, faded, and looked like it aged 20 years. He wouldn't even come from the back of the store when I spoke to him. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. In any business, the customer is always right. Word of mouth is the best referral. So even if you think the customer is wrong, you still speak with them calmly and nice and try to make them walk away from there so that they hopefully have nothing bad to say about you. Please, to anyone...don't even try this place. There are so many other cleaners. I wish I had gone by word of mouth. Its an awful feeling knowing someone that you don't know, has ruined something that you bought with your hard earned money (as cheap or non sentimental the item might me).
