I take nothing away from the owner he came seems like a good guy about his business.I rented the Margarita it didn't want to freeze had it on for 2 hrs it was cold but liquidy I call the guy he told me to make sure all the buttons were on and they were. I turned it on @ 6pm and by 10pm it was still watery.I just serve them on the rocks there no other way. I put 1liter of tequila tres pesos(well tequila) 1liter triple sec n 3 60oz pitchers of water n 1powder bag of sweet n sour. Tbh I know business is business at least expected half money back or next time I order one for free.u know good customer service. He came the next day n checked it out with only peach juice flavor and water(no liquor). It still took about 45 mins to get cold but it didn't freeze just got cold with a bit of ice. He didn't say nothing just left and said " see chief it does work". Be careful I wouldn't recommend this company and if you do make sure they turn it on first.I would just expect better customer service
