Mr. McFerren was not professional nor courteous during our brief phone call. After inquiring about a call back that was never done, Mr. McFerren told me he was entitled to a day off and proceeded to hang up in my face. This is not the type of service I would expect from a person that services the public. Being a customer of a home warranty, Mr. McFerren referred to me as "one of those people".

Mr. McFerren should learn the meaning customer service.
