It is the worst customer service you will ever received. I booked a work a day before, they called they could not do the work after wasting half of my day waiting for the technician to show up. The technician never showed up but made an assessment on the phone, doesn't even talk to the home owner, but relay the message through a secretary. How do you do that? And when I started asking questions to the secretary who is not trained to answer, she got upset and hung up the phone. I called again to speak to the manager and the owner of the company but again she hung up the phone and told me the owner was not available, she was out doing plumbing work. I asked for the address, and her respond was "Good luck with that". I could not believe the rudeness, the unprofessionalism, and the disrespectful attitude of this young lady. I will NEVER recommend Hartman Plumbing to any of my peers. This is bad business all over. Hartman Plumbing is located in Salado, Texas.
