I really wanted to believe in this small company! As a small business owner myself (once upon a time) I know first hand how difficult it is to start from ground up and limited funds. I've dedicated myself to this company for the last 3 years based on this fact. However, I reached my breaking point this evening. Customer service is not at the top of their priority list at all. Everything was great until spring this year. I had so much trust in this company that I wrote them a check, in the late fall of 2013 (while having them winterized my system), to change out all of my sprinkler heads for the following growing season. I was not rescheduled once, twice, three or four times, but five! I finally quit becoming understanding and started to get mad. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was finally met by them with irritation as if I put them out. As a customer that has paid them in advance I expected a little bit better treatment. I once again gave them a chance. Another reschedule.
