I had a clogged kitchen sink drain line that started overflowing out the washer drain in the basement. I had previously called a plumber I had used in the past, but he never responded. When I called Arc-O-Rooter my call was answered immediately. Heather was very courteous and had a technician at my home within a couple of hours. The technician was very friendly and professional. He had the problem solved in a couple of hours (yes, there was that much sludge in my pipes after 31 years!). The price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE too! I expected it to be more. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish they offered "regular" plumbing service in addition to drain clearing!
