We called about a leak and were told it would be a minimum of $150 not including the parts. After looking online we found the part for $35 so we decided to call back and cancel the service. Initially, we thought the call was disconnected after saying we wanted to cancel the appt so we called back and the man said, "I hung up on you. I went out of my way to go get your part. Don't ever call me again!" It had been approx 5 mins since our first phone call and we never told him the make or model number of the appliance. Clearly customer service is severely lacking. I can assure you that we will NEVER be calling you again.

THE WORST PHONE CALL EVER. First of all I call and he says to call back, but then I was asking about pricing and when he told me the price to come out I figured it would be worth researching a new washer first. This is my first home and my first repair so I was calling to see what my options were. He said "well why did you even waste my time in calling?" "We lose money to come out there, no one would ever come out there for less" "We would prefer not to even get calls like this"

Well you know what? I am sorry for trying to do my research and be responsible with my money. If after the research (he was only my first call) I find out it may be better to just fix vs by (which may be what happens) then I will NEVER use this company even if someone had a gun to my head. Do NOT do business with them.... you wouldn't want to "waste his time" after all.

Business must be so great that they do not want to work after 4 pm to accommodate people that work. He hung up on me.

Very rude on the phone.I asked for help with two items. A refrigerator and an electric oven. Actually hung up on me after I asked what the replacement price would be for the glass door on a Maytg oven. I even tried to ask again about a repair for the refrigerator and still got a quick hang up.

Dont waste your time or energy... Horrible attitudes and Customer Service is "non-exsistent". STAY AWAY!
