The manager was very very Rude!!!!! So not Professional!! They need to be nice to There guest no matter what race:/

I don't even know where to start. After I dropped our car off at the dealership for a scheduled appointment, it took 5 days to diagnose a new spark plug / wire failure. It took an additional 3 days to get it fixed. 8 days for a spark plug fix!!! In addition, they billed us for $30 of gas, put 100 miles on the car during the week+ they had it, and we got it back with an empty tank. Glad we could provide someone with transportation and fuel for a week!!!

While it was there we also had them diagnose a problem with our satellite radio/Bluetooth which were not working. They submitted a claim to our warranty company and here we are, over a month later, and they keep telling us that they are waiting for an authorization from the warranty. I took it upon myself to call the warranty company this morning and found out that they haven't submitted any documentation for the repair. They only sent over a dollar amount to replace it (no part number, replacement options, etc.). Every time my wife or I call we get a run-around. The service manager never returns our voicemails we leave for him and has our incompetent service advisor call is with the same story. We thought we should have our VW serviced at the local dealership, but apparently they can't get the job done. Not a pleasant experience, not going to be a returning customer. STAY AWAY !!!

Prompt service. Parts guy confirmed with a specialist that he was ordering me the right part - a part no one within miles had. Thankfully Murrieta VW still supports my (not so new) VW.
