I had previously hired an appliance repair man from another company to do this repair. Ninety dollars later, he had broken a $150 plastic part, and I told him it was ok, I would do it myself. Right. I looked up other companies in Google, and found Sears, and the site said each repairman had at least 11 yrs experience. Ryan arrived on the day and time as scheduled. It was a difficult repair, from my own DIY experience and my $240 previous repairman. It was easy to see as I watched him, that the engineering on this oven was lacking, but in spite of that, Ryan persisted. The double oven is HEAVY, and my space needed a shoe horn to put the oven back into place. Ryan was excellent, the repair is perfect, he was polite, and professional, and I have recommended Sears at least 4 times since then.
