My first time with this company and I had a horrible experience. I called to see if my chipped tooth could be fixed , if they accept my insurance and I was told yes. The day of my appointment I arrived 30 minutes early because I knew there was paperwork to complete. I failed to mention I was the only patient siting in the waiting room. 4 minutes later I was called to do xrays. The young man who was doing my xrays was polite but inexperienced. It took him a hour to complete the process and it was painful. I asked how long it would take before I saw the dentist and I was told 30 minutes. I explained that I would need to reschedule. As I was pulling into my driveway, the phone rings and it was the dental office letting me know the doctor was available. I declined and said I would return the next day. I returned for my second appointment, the doctor examined me and made three recommendations. I said I only want to fix my chipped tooth. By this time enough is enough. I felt like I was being ripped off. I'm still with the same chipped tooth and the insurance company will be billed. This is unacceptable practice because if you could not fixed my chipped tooth; then you should have told me this upfront. I must give Angela, the dental assistant because she was very supportive and apologetic. I guess I have to wait until my dentist office is open to see patients.

I was doing a consult with this lady Marilyn I was really going to spend a lot of money here but she kept on picking up the her cell phone she is very unprofessional. Don't recommend this place at all. The employees are very loud, and talk about their personal life.

My visits to Guerrino Dentistry have been very pleasant. The office staff has made me feel welcome and made my visits very reassuring. Dr. Lora and Mercy, the dental hygienist, are friendly while providing excellent care. My dentist visits are opportunities to provide quality dental care in a pleasing environment. My visit her at Guerrino (Mount Vernon) was outstanding. I cant say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and skilled Dr. Jennifer P is along with her fun and eclectic staff : Angela B, Joraine, and Nyiama were all amazing. Jennifer and her staff made the daunting ordeal of vising the dentist a breeze. I was smiling before I arrived, and I am smiling even brighter as I leave pain free.

Mount Vernon office doesn't respect patients and value their time. Horrible customer service. Be sure the clueless front desk person understands what you're coming in for AND make sure they will do everything in that office visit. No apologies offered for inconveniences on their end. Lunch was more important than the patient mid appointment! And to think I was going to actually pay full price for another service. They lost business.

THEY ACCEPT MEDICAID BUT I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! THE DENTIST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING ON ONE TOOTH AND DRILLED RIGHT INTO THE ONE NEXT TO IT AND TRIED TO COVER IT UP! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY WITH THE POOR. EVERYTHING IS OHH U NEED A ROOT CANAL FOR THIS THAT FOR THAT AND OHH MEDICAID DOESNT COVER IT! THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK I LOST 3 FILLINGS IN LESS THAN A YEAR THAT THEY PUT IN! AND MEDICAID DOESNT COVER THE SAME TOOTH TWICE! SO IF I WERE YOU ID STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ITS SO EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT CUZ NO ONE IS EVER THERE! THAT TELLS YOU SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!
