Nick and his crew showed up at the time they said they would be here and worked quickly and efficiently to repair multiple issues on my irrigation. Everything was quickly back in working order and no longer leaking. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

WELL WORTH THE WAIT. DUE TO THEIR WORK LOAD, IT TOOK IP'S ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE, BUT THEY ARRIVED EARLIER FRIDAY MORNING THAN THEIR SCHEDULED TIME. JUST ONE WORD OF ADVICE: IF YOU HAVE A SYSTEM INSTALLED, TAKE PICTURES & SAVE THEM. THIS HELPED IP'S FIND THE VALVE LOCATIONS WHICH SAVED THEM A GOOD DEAL OF TIME.

outstanding ! You realize quickly that this company stands a head above other companies when it comes to customer service and good two-way communications. Just answering their phone and talking with you person-to-person is a rare thing in today's texting, robo-call, social media world. Not only do Nick and Michelle directly communicate with you, they back it up electronically by email, text, or both. They leave no room for error or miscommunication. Besides their efficient business administrative practices, the repair work that Nick and Colin performed on my sprinkler system was outstanding. They quickly evaluated my problem and came prepared to get my system back in operation in minimal time.
They also performed an analysis of all five zones in my system and made adjustments to improve the coverage.
Although it was my first time dealing with Irrigation Pros, first impressions are important and I would highly recommend this company for any and all of your irrigation needs. I just wish there were more people in today's business world with the work ethic and professionalism of Irrigation Pros.

Nick evaluated a recently installed system by another company that was poorly designed and had many flaws . He performed an extensive evaluation and developed a cost efficient effective repair plan that solved all issues . We did not have to start over putting in another whole system due to his knowledge , skills,,comprehensive evaluation, and dedication to provide customers quality work with fair costs .
