It is my opinion that this Company engages in fraudulent activities. I had a one time service for an ant problem. The ants reappeared within one week and I called for service under the warranty. Their receptionist Brooke informed me that I should wait approximately 3 weeks as it may take that long for the problem to resolve. She refused to send anyone back out. Today, I called as the ants are back in force and they refused to honor their warranty, despite that I waited at their instruction. In my opinion there approach to customer service is nothing but a ruse to try to fraudulently force customers to sign up for their regular services. They do a poor job, suggest you wait until the warranty is over, then offer to come back with a regular service contract. I would never do so with this Company. I had used this Company for many years with no problem, but they now have a new owner, the Pied Piper and they operate under both names.
