When I called Citywide Movers I was happy to pay a little extra to get the good movers. This was not the case. The experience with the movers themselves has horrible -- parked their truck wheels in our flower bed, walked on our plants, left cigarettes, didn't make eye contact and all this made me feel uneasy in a house alone. One guy spoke in silly voices, another guy was just completely rude. I called the company mid-move to get them to address these issues. I was completely surprised and thoroughly disgusted with the owner?s customer service skills. If you use Citywide Moving, just hope that you get movers with some shred of empathy and professional courtesy. If you have issues, you really won't have any recourse because company leadership doesn't seem to know how to deal with problems as they arise. Also - the owner made several comments about the multi-million-dollar houses they work in, so if you don't have one of those, you really should forget them entirely.

This company is GREAT!!!! The movers were professional and took care of my furniture. I was really concerned about my hardwood floors and they made sure they protected them for me. I had no damages. The office staff was very helpful and I would recommend this company to everybody.

This was one of the most pleasant moves that i had. I moved from fort lauderdale renting my own rental truck, however it was i bit much to carry my furniture up the stairs of my new place so i called on the pro's. They were extremely kind and careful with my things, and covered it up to make sure nothing was damaged. Not to many of theses companies left.
