Horrible Customer Service

I called to see if they could do my reception centerpieces, they were very rude and asked if I already had the cermony flowers why do I need them. Before I could go into details and tell them I would like the reception set up, they consultant rudley interrupted and told me to get it from the person that's doing my cermony flowers! I found them very rude!!!!!!
