Careful! False advertising!
They will tell you the estimated delivery date is 2 weeks. I even called the store to confirm that estimate. Now the estimated delivery date is 12 weeks (twelve).
The alliances manager says is not her fault but there's nothing she can do. She can issue a refund (based on Black Friday prices) and help me buy everything again (at no discount at all)
IF YOU'RE NOT SEEING OT WITH YOUR OWN EYES DON'T BUY IT FROM LOWES!!
Go to Home Depot and save yourself some trouble (for the same price)

GREAT Cust Svc from Gary, Mgr. in Appliances!! Not a lot of charac to give all details so I'll just summarize. Bought Whirlpool oven 1/2015, heard annoying, buzzing noise from digital clock area. Even though buzzing was intermittent it was everyday & lasted 30 min or longer most times. Allowed 2 wks for it to go away but it did not. Informed Lowes, Lowes contacted Whirlpool while I was on the ph to set up appt. with techs. Had "2" diff. techs come out, both put in a New Control Board but buzzing cont. Went to work late "4" times since I had "4" diff. appts but Control Boards didn't work. Spoke with Whirlpool Cust. Svc Reps & emailed Sr. Cust Svc Spec, all were adamant that I could not exchange oven, they weren't Customer-Friendly at all. Took video recorder to Loews I bought oven from so mgr could hear buzzing. Showed it to Mgr. Gary, told him all I had gone through with Whirlpool & techs. He agreed oven should not be buzzing, he did the Right & Decent Thing & let me exchange!!

My favorite store but the men's restroom is not maintained to high standards and this important to customers. we left early and could not complete our shopping because of the condition of the restroom. Rick Worthy
