Art and Ray's has a friendly staff who are genuinely knowledgeable about both car and home locks. They safely opened my commercial space (I locked myself out) and have also made perfect electronic key copies for all of my car and suv. I like how can pick our car locks rather than risk damaging the car door. I would recommend these lock pro's over a tow truck any day.

I called and made an appointment for them to come fix a lock of mine on Wednesday for the following Monday. I called again Friday to follow up with the to give them some numbers they needed for the lock. I spoke to Jim both those days. He was really unprofessional when I asked for a ballpark figure on how much this might cost. Couldn't get a time nailed down either as to when he might be showing up on Monday. I waited all Monday morning and no sign of them. I called at 1:30 to get an ETA as to when they'd be out so I could leave to run some errands. I spoke to Barbara, she put me on hold and then came back and said the guy was finishing another job, and would be done in about a 1/2 hour and then head for my house. At 5:10 I called them again to find out what was going on. Josh answered this time, but didn't seem to know anything. He said Barbara was there and she could talk to me. He put me on hold, I waited about 20 seconds and then hung up. I was sick of being "on hold" all day with them. This business is very unprofessional and obviously don't know a thing about good customer service. I will never do business with them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else after my experience with them.
