They are the most caring AND knowledgeable veterinarians I know and they can get you in much quicker than my previous vet that was usually overbooked. Their prices are comparable or less than other vets and they tend to have the medications you need in stock so you can start treating immediately. Great, clean, modern facility, they give you cats the love and kitty licks to make the cat feel comfortable. I have found my home for my cats' care for life.

The receptionist was great and willing to answer any questions I had. Nothing was wrong with my dog, but I was having tests run for breeding purposes. This test cost me $191, and has to be run every other day until the desired level has been reached. Every other veterinary practice in the Michiana area charged 45-75. When I explained that I liked this practice, was thankful for their openness and flexibility in scheduling appointments, and would continue to come there, but was hoping that they could give a price match. I was treated like an uneducated fool. Such that the receptionist apologized to me after the tech left and claimed she would report it to their manager. I guess paying $200 every other day for 2 weeks straight for a test that had nothing to do with my dogs health (imagine what I'm willing to pay if my dog were actually ill!!) does not make me loyal. I was told to take my business elsewhere, so that I will.

Wow what a group of caring individuals who walk the walk when it comes to caring for your loved companion,your family and you thru it all. We came to Magrames when our Erik broke his back leg my wife in tears looking for a vet to see him after our first vet was to busy to care for us. Bring him in immediatly so we can see what was wrong was music to our ears, Mind you they did not know us from Adam that did not matter my wife was in distress and erik in shock. They took action saw us thru this hard time and continued to do so for another six years when we discovered erik had a ravaging cancer. They helped us put him in Gods hands to enjoy as we did. Then in a year when we brought Oz home there was only one place to go. Oz needed hip,shoulder and elbow exrays Joy took action contacted the National Radiologist in Utah and co-ordinated all the paperwork, payment and xrays.
