I had brought my dog Abby who is a rescue. Our first time there and I was holding Abby and she show her teeth at the lady , the groomer who is a older lady , said oh hell no, I tryed to explain to her Abby is like this when I am holding her as she is protective me...she she got me a mussel to put on Abby which was broke then brought me another on.. I was explaining to her again about Abby , as I am talking she said we don't have to put up with that, her reactions and rudeness was overwhelming ... I finally had enough and was afraid of leaving little Abbie there...

I have been taking my two 120# dogs there for a number of years now. Buffy, Paige and the crew are fantastic. My two dogs/kids are always excited to see them, they go in very hairy, and when we pick them up they are clean, very soft, fluffy and prance around like they are king and queen of the land. love, love, love them very caring, and awesome customer service. See you in the Fall

I took my dog there and I picked her up she was just shaking and acted like she was scared to dead. I do believe she was miss treated. I will never go back there again!

I went to bring my dogs to have their nails trimmed on 9/16/2013 I went in and she did not here me come in so I went to let her know I was there and the dog she was drying she was yelling and swearing at and pulling and jerking VERY hard so the dog was pulled and jinked in the air and was crying then she yelled at the dog and hit it in the head with the black dryer hose very hard!! She did not know I was there and I confronted her-she refused to get the owner on the phone so I called the police when I got home. They did go there the next day but claimed the dog had behavior problems (and you wonder why) and the girl with the blue eyes and scare on her neck is STILL working there. I would NEVER recommend anyone take their dog there. Maybe that is why they are so much cheaper than other places. I hope if you do you pay the place a surprise visit and you to will see what truly broke my heart to see that dog get beat!! I only rated the business 1 star because of requirement-rate -0!

The employees really let you get to know them so in the end i know whose grooming my dog! They are very nice and listen to what i want my dog groomed like. They keep the dogs near the front of the store,which i think is nice then they can see outside and when i pull in my dog just goes wild! They are very prompt for timing which is great. I enjoy the fact that i trust the people working there and can leave my dog with them without having to worry. ive been sending my dogs there now for a few years, and i cant say one thing i truly dislike about the place.
