We've been without heat for 3 days in February because of RJ Heating - and we have a 16 month old baby. The serviceman from RJ came out on Monday afternoon and fixed our furnace. 30 minutes after he left, it stopped working. I called the office and they put me through to their after hours person and she said she'd have him come out on Tuesday sometime after noon. On their website it states: "24-hour emergency service 7 days a week"But they refused to come out and fix our furnace when I called at 5pm! NO HEAT = EMERGENCY, NO HEAT + A BABY = AN EMERGENCY. The serviceman came out Tuesday at 3:30pm and fixed it again. An hour after he left, it stopped working again. I called the office at 4:50pm and they said they were closed but would have the after hours person call me. The serviceman called and said he would come the next day! I was very angry. We've been living without heat in 2-20 degree weather for three days with a 16 month old baby. Do NOT use this company!
