      Wonderful and quick with all they have done from time in waiting room, to appts, to billing, out of 3 different dr's/specialist my daughter has seen this year dr patels office is the only one who has actually got things right....things have definitely turned around since last review in 2008

      I am highly disappointed with this Doctor's office. They were supposed to call and get an authorization code and every time I call them they say they'll do it when they get time. Totally unprofessional! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

      We apologize for your negative experience. We did not recognize the problem at the time. Our office has since made changes in personnel,as well as,a check and balance system to prevent this from ever happening again. As an office we strive to better our practice everyday. Input is always welcome.
