THis is a great company. THe man that came out was on time, kind, and hardworking . It was a pleasant surprise to find that the cost to clean the carpet was much less than what was quoted over the phone. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I am a true believer...ALLPRO is the absolute best carpet cleaning professional in the Augusta, CSRA, area!!!! Ladies, how many times have just looked at price when it comes to cleaning our carpets? I am guility....however, what happened was when I used this low price carpet cleaner ...I got just what I paid for and then some! Like lots of residue buildup, and dirty carpet 2 weeks later! Once this company came into my house ...I was upgraded , from that low low advertised price....they charged extra for everything! I was shocked to get the bill...and have a $100 difference..from thair advertised price! WELL..............NOT AT ALLPRO!!!! I refused to be taken advantaged of again!
