Provided by YPmobileWish there was 0 stars we eat here regularly but when I received my roast beef dinner they must of used a grill to warm it. It's very dark or black when I opened the dish it smelled burnt. We get carry out once a a week. So when I called to express my problem I asked to talk to the manager she informed me I could return it and they would get me a different dinner. So that would be fine if we was right around the corner but it's 15 min both ways so in the past ifv there was a problem they just give us a credit to use on the next visit but now recently they have changed there procedure and that isn't a option. So the manager says she can't help me and ask me if who brought my food out went through our food with us at the time of pick up. Guess your suppose to look at your food and inspect it. So I asked if they had quality control and maybe they should tell their cooks if they wouldn't eat then don't serve it. So end result they got my money and if I don't drive back over there they won't do anything to fix the problem. Very dissatisfied!
