I've had terrible experiences previosly with daycare facilities that smelled poorly and were overly crowded. Whenever I'd pick up my Cockapoo, she smelled bad and it was like she couldn't wait to get away from the place. But she LOVES Urban Dog. She is always very excited to go, and seems very happy (and tired!) when I pick her up. I've had her there for day play and overnight boarding. The staff are always very friendly, and patient with all of my questions. I like that they immediately recognize her (even though I don't go every day) when we walk through the door. There is a big window in the front so that you can see the dogs playing. Would recommend to anyone.
