Avoid this place if you want your car fixed go else where I go to get my fuel tank looked at bc it was dripping diesel this guy tells me to bring it in and they will lol at it and quote me a price the quit was 650 I okayed it an the truck would be done that evening they never called me I called that day at 3 they said they were working on it would be ready that next morning I said ok she calls me that next morning saying they got the wrong part And it would be ready next Tues but for more money so I said no I'll come get it and he charged me 90 bucks I said why you didn't even look at the truck clearly he said bc of phone calls he had to make !!!! Avoid this place their phone calls are 90 bucks
I would recommend southern longview automotive to everyone. solo has been in our neighborhood for almost 15 years and this is because of their great costumer service and dependability. My parents have been going there, and since I have been a car owner I do as well. We never go anywhere else! Their remodeled shop is customer friendly and the owners' amiable attitudes are inviting. They are very knowledgeable and would never be dishonest. The previous comment is ignorant and unfair. I just wanted to put my two cents in and appreciate the great service we have had over the years

An honest shop. Everybody is looking for a mechanic shop that you can trust. We called them and the nice lady took time to talk with me and discuss the problem. She assured me they would get my daughter's Jeep repaired promptly and take care of my daughter. They even gave my daughter a ride back home. The repair costs was reasonable and the service excellent. They are very nice folks.
