Contacted J Rowe Plumbing after hearing some good things about them. Got a bid / estimate on a bath job, where we had already torn out the walls, removed the old valves and piping, etc... Their bid for the project was $850. Based on our experience with other plumbers, researching the cost of parts, reviewing past plumbing invoices for the same / similar work, we felt it should have been around $450.

Jonathan seems to be a very nice person, but the pricing he gave us was not, in our opinion or experience, fair or competitive. Nothing against a man trying to make all he can, but it won't be at our expense.

Sorry. Can't give this a good review. Had hoped to add him to our list of dependable and trusted sub-contractors. Can't do it at this time.
