This had been my favorite grocery store for the past several years. This was the only grocer I frequented for my family of six. That all ended two weekends ago. I was treated rudely by my cashier Tanya. I was also yelled at in front of my children and a full store by another cashier named Wynona. I left the store and immediately contacted the store and their customer service to file a complaint. The next day Deesha contacted me about the situation. She identified herself as the cashier manager. She talked over me and seemed more interested in telling me policy rather than taking responsibility. I informed her that I would no longer do business with the company. I was embarrassed and treated beyond poorly. My children even told me they couldn't believe that someone would treat a customer that way. I will NEVER shop in this store again.
