The man in this office was so rude. I won't go back or send my friends there either. He was argumentative and told me I could go somewhere else. I have. I will not do business with someone like that who isn't professional with customers. He acted like he was aggravated by my questions when trying to get a new auto policy. I would be aggravated at the appearance of my office if it looked like that-very dysfunctional looking. This owner could use some 'real people skills' on how to deal and talk with people politely.
