We have used FBI several times for service. They installed all new ducts for us last year. This past week our unit totally stopped working . We needed a total new unit inside and out. Found out about FBI Air 3 years ago from a freind. One and a half years ago I called FBI Air out to my house for a bid on a new system. They where about $350 more than another quote from a company I found in the phone book. Looking at the bids, they looked a like so I went with the cheaper company. They installed the system and a week later it stoped working. I couldn't get them back out. Once they took my money they where gone. So I called FBI Air back out and they looked at the system for me and found out it was installed wrong. The other company never wired it up right. Also, they didn't do the things they said they did. My return duct was too small, my copper lines where not the right size, and the heater was never installed. After repairing all the problems it cost me $600 dollars more to make it right. I should have went with FBI Air the first time. In there bid they included everything and it was writen out. I would recommend FBI Air to everybody. THERE GREAT.

I bought a system with all the ducts replaced, and they did excellent work and the price is great. I am very happy! Included with this deal came a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I shopped the big guys, and felt they wanted my money. I seen a sign on Lee Blvd. and took a chance on calling them. They came out educated me and did not try to sell me anything. They are honest and professional, These guys know air conditioning.
