      waited a very long time for rude service. dr acted like he didn't need my business.

      It seemed like the Dr. was more concerned with giving medicine then speaking to me about my animal. When I did ask questions he seemed like he was bothered that I asked. NOT AT ALL personable. In my opinion in order to get people to bring their animals to you, you have to make them feel welcome. I felt anything but welcome. The girl at the desk was VERY RUDE, when I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that she was the manager. She made it clear that if I didn't like her attitude I could take my business elsewhere or deal with it. Very unprofessional place of business. The prices for the service I received was astronomical, it was the first time I'd ever been there and it was the last.
