The guard here should be fired for hollering at a petite woman. His name is nick, he is a stupid looking man about 5'5''. Nick is a imbicile. He works for a sorrier than sorry company named NCI. If your thinking about firing this company and making them lose The contract which I'm sure its a nice one because of nicks belligerent behavior than please do yourself a favor and rid yourself of this good for nothing security guard company NCI and Nick and possible lawsuits for assault and battery. You don't need to holler at people. And make sure you keep all you receipts in case they try to illegally kick you off The property and you been there for more than 30 days.

This place is beyond horrible unfortunately I had to live there to wait for my apartment to be ready The first week I was constantly bit up by bed bugs and me being a clean freak and a nurse I was so disgusted and management takes there time to treat the bed which did not work so I demanded a new bed then there was a drain fly infestation in the bathroom so disgusting and a health hazard and the mold in the bathroom and I'm sure in the walls im surprised that this place is not condemned the carpet is old and soiled that I would never walk on it barefoot everything in the apartment is old nothing has been up dated it's pathetic and I will report them to the health department

I cannot walk ouside my apartment without smelling someone smoking pot! The management is rude and I paid my rent on time and they owed me change for which they always give me. Now they tell me they do not give change back it is applied to the next rent due date. I wanted my change and they refused to give it to me. I had to report management to police and the BBB. Management always tries to evict someone before 8am with their radios turned up so loud that you can hear them inside a 3rd story apt from the ground. I was awoken more than 3 times in one week because of this. Cockroaches and waterbugs are bad inside apartments also!

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY STAY!!! TERRIBLE wish I could underline the word 100 times this place is disgusting! Me my husband and dog stayed here got a week paid in cash couple hours we come back and start seeing dozens of cockroaches. They filled the sink drains, surrounded the stove, refrigerator, bathroom right next to the bed where we where going to sleep!!!! Nothing could be done till morning. Seriously people think we are going to sleep in that infested mess! Then just then we see a huge one I mean size of a quarter walking down the wall in the living area and took a shoe to kill it. Falls behind the couch so we didn't know if it was dead moved the couch what do we find .... all its family and relatives friends neighbors and long lost cousins behind the couch nothing has ever skeeved me out this much .. needless to say we r sleeping in the car shook pillows out blankets & zipped all of our luggage up so no unwanted luggage is added!! This is by far the nastiest thing ive ever seen! Please don't waste your money coming here unless you dont care about big & small rodents coming to share your bed at night!

this had to be the most dirtiest, nastiest beg bug infested place i've ever stayed at........would rather sleep on the street then pay those people my hard earned money, i wouldn't let someone i hated stay there, the management team is horrible and needs to learn customer service, maybe they should take a class at burger king or something.........................

Have been here 6months and my fiancée and I LOVE IT. It is very safe the staff is great and the security is awesome.I'd recommend this place to anyone. No worries

I got an apartment there and I was very disappointed. They charge you for every little thing. you don't get anything back, even if it doesn't work. The security is never around when you need them, and they are lazy. My ceiling had a hole and there was a leack and my rugs and shower curtain got wet with moldy water and the floor was covered with moldy water. Was afraid to take a shower. Waited 4 days to get it fixed. The roaches are real bad there.

My name is Alisa, and chose to get an apartment at Harbor island... I guess I should have done a little research first. I looked it up in the apartment guide and called. She pretty much told me what I wanted to hear as oppose to the ugly truth, that they are roach infested, moled, unsafe (sanitary wise as well as common well being). With in the 1st 10mins, my nephew had a gun pulled on him as he was unloading the car. Their "24 hr security" was nowhere in sight. The next mornig I went to tell of my misfortunes and they quoted my their "Strict no refunds policy"! Mind you, I paid for 2wks and had only been there for 10hrs. If anyone is planing on staying here, I strongly advise against it.... Because ontop of the 179 rent, you will have to pay 10 for a remote and 11 for your OWN home defense bugspray because they don't consider you a priority! And, don't forget to bring a phone so can tell someone how unbelieveable this is, because your rooms don't have fones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
