I needed a coat you didn't have in my size and this was not her normal department, however she made several phone calls and finally was able to order the coat for me. Love younkers! My whole family shops here. They have anywhere from very affordable labels to pricey designers, so you can always find something to suit your budget. The only negative is that they do not have a children's shoe department.
