I bring my toy Yorkie/Maltese mix (MIckey) in to Patty at Cut & Fluff on a regular basis. Her staff is always professional and gently with him. Mickey absolutely adores her. When I am getting him ready for his appointments, if I mention her name he runs into his little carrier and barks in excitement. When we get there he is thrilled and runs to her wagging his tail the whole way. It is fabulous! I used to take him to a groomer that made him terrified and he hated to go and when he got back from that place, he would hide for the next day! Now, he is cured of the damage, thanks to Patty and her staff. He loves getting groomed there!!!

Patty is fabulous with all of the dogs I have brought to her. She has groomed my Mothers 3 Poms, my Havanese and my Schnauzer (which I have brought to her from Houston several times)
She is also an active and dedicated member of the animal rescue community and has saved many abandoned, neglected or abused dogs over the years that I have known her.
I personally wouldn't consider using any other groomer.

My dogs love going here. They get scared to go to other groomers, I have to drag them in. This one I just take off the leash they open the door and they run straight to the back. I have never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and I trust them with my dogs. The only complaint is that my dog smells a little like cigarette smoke when we get them back. I wish they smelt a little fresher.

Simply Amazing!! I have taken my dogs along with my in-laws two pups and we absoultley love taking them to Cut & Fluff. What an amazing experience and such kind people they have on staff. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Patty is awesome at Cut and Fluff, my two little chihuahuas dont like getting anything grooming wise done but they dont seem to mind visiting Patty! She is great with my animals! I trust her and have gotten good advice from her on various pet related questions! She is a good person to boot! Go see her! Your animals and you will love her!!!

I drive 20 miles past lots of other pet grooming places, to go to Cut & Fluff because they are the only ones who will groom my dog. I have a little shih tzu that has had bad experiences at other places and now will only let Patty groom him. If not for her I would have to groom him myself. He leaves there clean clipped and best of all happy.

I just moved to the area and wanted to try and find a new groomers for my little one.

1) I get their and was told not to open the door, she wasn't ready yet, (2 minutes after 9am)

2) She's kind of gruff and not too friendly

3) Grabbed my dog out of my hands and walked off, she didn't ask if their was any medical problems



Once she was finished she called so I could pick him up. I arrived and paid and was given the WRONG DOG.

Oh Yes the WRONG DOG. She handed the dog to me weird and the dog looked the other way when I asked for kisses, so I figured that my dog was mad at me. Signed the receipt and got in my car. Bentley, the wrong dog, started to whine really loud and that's when I noticied. WOW I can't imagine what was goign on in his head. I my difence, she did hand him to me weird, and I didn't see his face until I was in the car. Also they are both full blood Maltese's and about the same size, but shouldn't she have names on the cages. What if mine went home with another family? He doesn't play well with others, if they had another animal, he could have been in a dog fight!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO EVER GO THEIR.
