      Mice!

      I used the storage facility on W Congress from Jan through July and when I went to take my belongings out, it was so full of mouse droppings I had to throw things away, including my couch. The woman working at the desk came to take pictures but said nothing would be done since they're not responsible for it. Every box, regardless of how well sealed, was full of droppings. Pictures and mementos were chewed on, as well as many being destroyed. I've had to wash every single piece of clothing and every dish. I would have been better off keeping my things in a barn in the middle of a field instead of paying almost $100 a month.
