Carlos took care of my car like it was his own. I had no idea what was wrong when I took it in and expected the worst. He assured me everything would be ok, had it checked out, then let me know it wasn’t as bad as I thought. The guys got it fixed and had me back on the road quickly and for a fair price.

Wanted to leave this feedback due to the fact that others might not have given them a chance or maybe were misread.. old saying- can't please everyone. However, I have a 1978 Black Knight El Camino needing alignment.. and I just don't let anyone drive or work on it. But Leo in the alignment bay did such a superb job and was extremely careful what he touched.. how he moved around the vehicle, etc. He did a GREAT! job and my classic car goes down the road smoothly and straight. Chris was very nice (service writer) and thoughtful. I highly recommend 1st. Chance for alignments, etc. Don't forget to ask for Leo- tell him the Black Knight El Camino guy sent ya! :)

Sometimes in all the complexities of the many different moving parts that make up a vehicle there is a chance something will wear out or fail completely. Automobiles are very complex and how each little thing plays a part. With that in mind it's great to have a place you can take yours where the employees are very knowledgeable and even if takes more then one time to get it just the way you the consumer wants it they will do whatever it takes to get it right. Sometimes you might even pay a bit more but you are paying for something to be done right by certified employees that actually know what they are doing and how to fix the problem right. To often you can get a low ball offer for a bad repair. First chance sets a new industry standard in the repair business.

I have to say I am extremely impressed and now a devoted customer of First Chance Tire & Brake. They are wonderful people and their prices are so competitive... They have done work for both my car and my husbands and I cannot say anything negative about them or the work they have done. I highly recommend them !
