Provided by YP.comWorst hospital and try to avoid it as much as you can. Went to their ER with a cut finger. Sit there for 3 hours and received no treatment. Then my finger just stopped bleeding. Decided I don't need to tolerate the messy ER any more, told the nurse I am leaving and she said feel free to go. Then go a bill in the mailbox asking for 380 dollars for the treatment I got. Hello? What treatment?!!
I call this place a trap. Once you are in, you can not get out unscratched.

Provided by YP.comla palma is somewhat a nice hospital . I can say however that the nursing staff are somewhat rude and not very friendly but I also can say that some of the nurses are a little nice but not by much....

Provided by YP.comIf Karma exists, many of the doctors and nurses that work in this facility will be struck ill and be subjected to their colleagues care.
Doctors didn't file orders for the procedures they shared with the patient. A consulting doctor "forgot" - the nurse's word - to see the patient when on rounds. Doctors ordered and had tests completed but then discharged the patient before the test results were available to be read. So, why the test?
Nurses promise things (doctors visits, medication) then claim "it's beyond their ability" when it doesn't happen. When questioned about this, well, it's just "your opinion." Got to the point nurses quit providing information on the board in the room per normal procedures and when the last test was ordered would not provide an estimated time beyond "tomorrow." Yet, when the tech showed up, she said it had been scheduled for a particular time. Further, evidence the staff has no desire to be held accountable for delivering the care they promise.
