Maxine H never one time called this chimney company. She obviously has this one confused with another. Her name is no where to be found anywhere in our directory. We ask politely that you remove the negative comment meant for the appropriate company. We have a five star rating abs take pride in it...do the right thing and remove it please. Called office and made an appointment for yesterday. Guy scheduled to do work calls 10 mins later, can't come. Re-scheduled for today. No show, no call, nothing. Totally undependable, unreliable and inconsiderate.

They did a great job cleaning my fireplace! Explained all they were doing along the way, answered all my questions clearly. They arrived on time, did a thorough job and were really clean. They also fixed a problem I had with the protective screen. Overall: fast, friendly, exceptional service for a great price.

Michael did a great job for us on an old farm house that had used coal for years and never cleaned. It was a mess. . He also had to do repairs around the chimney top. Michael was professional and kind about dealing with it.

I used the Chimney Guy for the first time today. Michael seemed very professional and thorough. He clearly explained all issues he found with my chimney and diagnosed and corrected a drafting issue we were having. I don't think my fireplace insert has ever been cleaned as thoroughly. I think the Chimney guy is the best we have in the Tri-City area.
