the driver you have driving national lease unit 11502 is mouthy and likes to pick fights, this gentalman took offense to being asked to be quiet the lady helping people was having trouble hearing so he was asked nicely to be quiet and then he went off talking about spilling blood and he was a grown man, thiis was very immature and childish reaction to a simple and needed request. I can not believe that companies continue to employee these kind of people. something needs to be done bout this man representing your company.

Although the office staff was nice to deal with, one of the two delivery men was surly and rude. They did not give me the 1/2 hour notice I was promised but instead called when they had already reached my home. By the time I got there, they had my expensive and delicate piece of furniture completely unpacked & sitting on my porch, apparently to save them time. Unfortunately, the trip inside the house damaged the item because there was no protection for it when going through doorways. This was after I paid over $200 for "white glove" delivery. I filed my complaints through the company that sold me the furniture, and they have taken care of me. But I will not purchase anything again from a company that subcontracts with All Points.

Terrible Service!!! Truck driver got in our bosses face about how he knew what he was doing with 100,000 piece of equipment. They treated our equipment like they were rolling trash cans, banging them together, and just treating them with little respect. It was when we asked them to please be careful that the driver got in our face saying he knew what he was doing and that we were wrong for even saying anything about how he was doing his job. What kind of service man treats their customer with no respect. Will never deal with them again. Would give a negative rating but that is not an option.
