Jesse did an outstanding job on repairing my GE dishwasher. My dishwasher needed a new pump. He completed the repair within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend him as an expert technician.

I have used Pro Techs many times and each time they are a pleasure to deal with. They are able to find the problem and fix it. We have always had Jessie as our technician and he is very capable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend this company! My refrigerator was purchased at Lowe's. They scheduled an appointment for me with Pro-Techs, because my refrigerator was leaking. Jesse repaired my refrigerator in June and he carefully explained to me how to follow up to avoid the problem again. He was on time to the appointment and was friendly, quick, and courteous.This month i had a different issue with my refrigerator and Lowe's scheduled another appointment with Pro-Techs. During the week that I was waiting for the appointment, we fixed the issue ourselves (It was just a matter of a temperature adjustment.) I called the number given to me in my confirmation email (A Lowe's service number) and cancelled the appointment. However, they never cancelled with Jesse. So he came all the way here for nothing! I would like to commend Jesse on his polite response to this mishap. I am sure that he could have been somewhere else, instead of wasting his time coming here for no reason. He did check the temperature for me to make sure it was correct. Thank you, Jesse, and Pro-Techs, for your excellent service!

Do not deal with this company. Use AVIV or Appliance Professionals - actually anyone would be better then Wally and his RUDE staff.



Melissa in the office is very unprofessional.



Wally seems to know how to fix appliances, but having to deal with his RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL office staff is not worth the headache.



NOTE- prepare to wait hours for them to come to your house - they give you a window of 4 hours but on the day of the appt would not give a more exact time, what gives?!!

Called this company after having another company out to look at my subzero refrigerator which was leaking onto my new hardware floor, The girls in the office were very kind and helpful as to getting a tech out the same day i called. A tech came out and repaired my unit on the spot and charged me a quarter of what the other company before quoted me! I can't believe the bad reviews on here my experience was very pleasant and i will no longer carry by business anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

ZERO stars is more like it, this company is a scam. We reached them by dialing the 1800 number on our washer lid for service. They said it would be $90 for the service call plus parts and labor. The tech came out and ran the water a bit and cycled through the settings, never opened the unit to visually inspect the parts and said they would call in the morning with an estimate and then order parts if we agreed to go forward with the repair. Estimated time of arrival of the parts was 1-2 weeks, if they had been forward with the process during our first call I would have never agreed. We were under the impression that they would repair the machine within 48 hours. They asked $842 to repair a $200 washing machine. I did not go forward with the repair.

The bad reviews surprise me. I had a great experience with them. And they went above and beyond what I could ask. My fridge actually didn't have anything wrong with it and they didn't charge me for the quick fix. Really happy.

Stay away from this company - they damage, not repair. They are in it for the $$, not customer service. The girl on the phone when I called to report a problem was loud, rude, and hung up on me. A #1 star over rates this company.

Horrible customer service! The girl on the phone "Melissa," was very rude. She told me that I had to reschedule my appointment because they do not come to my area during that time of day..ok? Next, I better have my proof of purchase so they could get paid. WTF? Then she told me I better find someone else to come out and repair my appliance because e "got off on the wrong foot." I will NEVER use this company EVER.

Stay clear of this business. They charged me

a service call when they came out to assess what was wrong with my large outdoor gas grill. I was told that some parts were needed and then when the parts for my grill arrived, they came out and installed only one of the parts. A few weeks later, I called because the grill still did not work properly. I called and over a week later, someone came out and told me he was late to catch a ferry so did not have time to make the repair then. In addition the original service guy (Nathan) took one of my parts with him. Every time I called back, it seemed no one knew anything about my part but even worse, they stalled around past the30 day labor warranty and told me they would have to charge me another service call. They never would refund my money nor were they able to locate my part. I ended up buying a new outdoor grill from Lowes. STAY CLEAR of these people.

Took a 1/2 day off from work for them to work on washing machine. Never showed up. Never called.

Do not use this business. Wally Corbett is a dishonest business man,in my opinion! Scheduled appt tech did not come after I verified 3 differet times. Mr Corbett said to bad I'm not the one with the broken washer. Use other company they are dishonest!!!
