It seems I have to go into the office to make an appointment! That’s very aggravating but they’re a great office once you get in.

We were patients for almost 3 years. We've waited for almost an hour for a cleaning. Because of rain and an accident we showed up 5 minutes late to a cleaning and they refused to see us. It was 400 pm and I cant imagine that it was going to mess up their schedule the rest of the day. I apologized but all they would say is would you like to reschedule? Not easy with 3 kid cleanings.
