Mr. Burwell was recommended to me by my vet for assistance with my dog's severe separation anxiety. I was scheduled for three, one-hour, in-home sessions and charged $575. Mr. Burwell's questionable methods not only didn't help, much of the information was irrelevant, false or potentially harmful to my dog. After the one mostly conversational session and some validation, I cancelled the remaining sessions and asked for a refund. Since Mr. Burwell chose to stay at my home a little longer than an hour, I was charged $400 for the conversation. If your dog needs serious help with behavioral, rather than obedience, issues and you don't have money to burn, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

What a wonderful trainer and he was excellent at helping me understand what to do. My dogs loved him.
