TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The manager making excuses for his employees being rude to the customers.... Due to the heat.

The worst customer service ever! I drove up to the carwash (past the vacuum station; I wanted exterior only) and the guy just stared at me like a zombie. I asked him if I should get out or drive through and he responded that I should pay inside. I also had to point out to him that my antenna had to be removed. Once inside, I noticed that I had a receipt for $30 (exterior and interior) instead of the $20 (exterior only) service that I had requested. While I was explaining this to the cashier, she had ran my card. I explained 4 times to her that my car was not vacuumed and that I did not want anyone to vacuum my car - she looked as if I speaking in another language. I had to explain the same thing to the "manager" - four times, again! Finally, they charged my card for the correct amount. After I got home, I noticed that my antenna was missing and the the passenger-side wheels looked horrible. Unfortunately, I had to return one last time to the car wash. I have been to this place before, and never treated this way. I plan to not return to this place and I suggest you do the same.
