Steve Satow is very knowledgable and will tell you like it is, in a good way. I didn't realize they were closed on Monday's and I showed up. He happened to be there and just opened the door and helped me with my question. Great service and friendly.

Selling my old/damaged gold was extremely scary for me as I didn't want to get ripped-off (who does?). I ventured out with my gold on Wed., 04/21/10, and "hit" 4 jewelers (M.J. Christensen; Anthem Jewelers; Red Rock Jewelers & Satow Goldsmiths). Satow's gave me the BEST PRICE beating the other 3 quotes by: $310; $424 and $404 (guess the others expect us to pay for their on-air advertisements). Steve Satow & Liberty Otto of Satow Goldsmiths were extremely down-to-earth and I immediately felt their sincerity and honesty, plus my gold never left my sight while being evaluated unlike M.J.'s and Anthem. Additionally, Steve & Liberty took the time to educate me on their "jewelry" background and experience. I will definitely return to Satow Goldsmiths for my jewelry repairs, etc. not just because they gave me the best price, but because I was so taken by the honesty and sincerity of Steve & Liberty. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge and expertise that Mr.Satow possessed. He could show me with a camera and screen right on the counter why my prongs needed to be retipped! It was amazing! It was like no other store I have ever been to, I felt like I was being treated as a long time loyal customer and I had just walked in for the first time. I wont go anywhere else, they have made me a customer for life!

What a great jeweler. Steve Satow is wonderful, he designed a pendent for my wife for her birthday and she LOVED it. It was the perfect gift for her, and I owe it all the Satow Goldsmiths.
