HORRIBLE!!!! Turn and run from this place. The service is unprofessional, the music be blasting, they don't make appointment for installation, add on unnecessary charges. You will be frustrated and you will be ripped off with added charges. Darion Hampton salesperson he will add on the charges and he's rude to customer...... HORRIBLE business .......

Worst service ever. Don't GO HERE! They will lie to you all day long, make you wait. They will kerp saying "soon". Showed up for an appointment and waited 8 hours, still hadn't worked on my install. Can't say enough bad about this place. People are rude and deserve to be out of business

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO NO ONE. IT TOOK ME 9 DAYS TO GET MY BASIC CD PLAYER INSTALLED AND OVER 20 MINUTES OF ARGUING. I CAME TO THE STORE 5 DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY STILL DIDN'T WANT TO INSTALL MY CD PLAYER. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY CHANGE. THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS AND THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH YOU UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO RAISE YOUR VOICE. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I REALLY WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I ALREADY PAID FOR THE INSTALLATION, WHICH IS NOT $1 LIKE ALL OF THE ADVERTISEMENTS SAID!! CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AND I HOPE THERE ARE SOME CHANGES SOON BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

I purchased some Kickers for my daughter's car to replace OEM. The speakers are Great!!.. The staff and service was absolutely top notch.. Oh and the pure sounds of music when entering the store was almost spiritual.. Even if you don't buy anything.. the visit would be worth your time.. I highly recommend this store.. !!

Just got a receiver put into my boyfriends work truck. Yeah, as well as the other reviews it took a while, but HAVE PATIENCE people. Anyways, great work guys and Nick at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I will bee coming back for more work on his truck.

They said I need a dash kit when I just asked for wires....its was a double din that barely fits...so I played along with it to see what they wanted for this ...$50....why the hell would I need a dash kit....I purchased neither ..they are either dumb or just crooks....I wonder how many people get charged for this

No, No, No. Took longer than what they said. They didn't do it right, it kept conflicting with my old alarm. Just NO!

Technician told me a price over the phone I came in the next day and not only did management not acknowledge the quoted price but he completely disrespected me by calling me a liar. Very unprofessional and lower grade products than competitors custom sounds and best buy. I would never do business with them and I strongly recommend that no one use this store in particular.
