I took my daughter's brand new, $400.00 15th ball gown to be pressed (wrinkles). I got it back ripped, stained, and burned. I asked them what happened to the dress and they said I brought it in this way or that designer sent it to me this way. They told me to take it back to the store I bought it from. Never offered any other solution. My daughter's party was 2 days away. I put a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the cleaners called me and asked me to bring the dress back because they wanted to look at it and wanted to fix the problem. Well, they wanted me to leave the dress again and that they would patch up the rip! Are you kidding! Leave it again! Patch it up? It's too late, the party is over. They said they couldn't bring back time for me. I always understood if you break it you pay for it. I was called by the owners crazy on the first day and then when returned to "work it out", they yelled that I was a liar. They also said that I must of done it when I took it to the car. Well the owner took it for me and now that I think about it he probably was being so nice because he knew the dress was ripped. Awful experience, devastating after waiting 2 months for this dress for them to ruin it 2 days before her party. A nightmare come true. I would never go back to try to work it out with them because frankly after being yelled at and being called crazy and a liar I do not feel safe being around these two owners. Their solution is to patch up a 400.00 dress. Unbelievable! Important information:

They do not do the cleaning in this store - it was sent out to another company to be pressed. Ample amount of time for the dress to get ruined. They never informed me that the dress would be traveling or that it would be out of their hands. Do not leave your stuff there. Devastated! I had to leave a rating to submit, but I would leave 0 stars if possible.
