      Please do not visit this facility. They are deceptive. They charged us out of pocket $2,395 and were also paid by the insurance company and they refuse to refund us. We have the explanation of benefits to prove this. They are not BBB accredited. That right there should tell you something. I have filed cases of fraud and grievances through our insurance company and filed formal written complaints through the Texas Department of Insurance, Texas Board of Dental Examiners as well as the Texas Attorney General. I now may have to hire a lawyer to sue them. Whatever you do, please avoid this business at all costs! I hope I can save you the hassle of their defrauding the public.
