This post office doesn't even knock on your door when delivering a certified letter. They just put the card in your mail box saying sorry we missed you! Even if your home. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Then I have to go out of my way to the post office or they will send the letter back. Plus they close at 3:30pm, which is not very convenient for most people. Nice to know I pay taxes for these people to have a job they don't do.

This branch does not have enough staff for the amount of traffic that it receives. There is always a long line and only 1 clerk. On two occasions they couldn't make change; the credit card machine didn't work, and their computers often freeze up. One of the women is slower than molasses rolling uphill in January and is not very helpful. Many people have just walked out due to frustration. Recently she went out on sick leave and a new clerk, Jose, was assigned to this branch. He is great! I hate that the old worker will soon return. And we wonder why the Post Office is in trouble?
