Sorry no stars for this horrible store. The bartender didn't even have the brains to put a stir in our drinks and no garnish. We had to go get our own. The waitress was clueless and brought a Cesar salad with the dressing on the side. (the first time ever I had to toss my own Cesar salad!) I asked her why it wasn't tossed and she just shrugged and walked away. The chicken was dry enough to gag on and the "manager" sat in the back of the restaurant on his cell phone and then walked outside ignoring EVERYONE. Never saw him again.I will NEVER go to that nasty store again. Employees are not trained at all and the manager just showed up. So much for a nice dinner for our 15th Anniversary.

I love love love Carrabbas ( usually) but Do Not Go at 8:30 or later.
First we had to move from where my family was sitting because the smoking area smell outside was coming in the door from outside and my family couldn't breathe for the cigarette smoke. Then we got our soup & it was what was left over from the day with no broth and Luke warm.
Then our entree was absolutely cold! I couldn't eat it. Service was so so...even with very few people in the restaurant.

One good thing. I complained and at least it was discounted.

Still love this restaurant and will be back. Just in the daytime hours!!!"
