I have honest to God never complained about any service online. I also cannot speak for all the doctors at The Hand to Shoulder Center or any of the faculty.

I am sitting here looking at my bill and am completely dumbfounded on why I have to pay a penny as they most definitely are the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. Without justification they knowingly changed my appointment time without letting me know. When I told them I had hand pain, they looked at my hands for at honest to God a one second and diagnosed me with carpal tunnel. When the shot did not work, they told me there was nothing they could do. The Hand to Shoulder Center did an absolutely horrible evacuation. I know this to be true as an occupational therapist found the simple problem in 3 minutes. Being level headed I thought maybe the doctor I was working with EXTREMELY unintelligent; I asked very kindly to switch doctors. Without warrant, they told me there was nothing else they could do for me. It was very evident to me they simply wanted money. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS.

In closing I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from even thinking about MAKING AN APPOITMENT as there are incredibly more professional, well mannered, respected, and most importantly helpful “hand-to-shoulder” doctors in this area. Call Dr. Sodhi at Aurora.
