We had a roof installed last year by this company. Was shingled over wet decking and leaked at/around fireplace in middle of installtion causing ceiling in basement to get wet. We have had two different companies look at the roof and was told that roof was not properly installed. Also roof does not drain into gutters. Leaks under shingles and soffits are getting wet and paint is cracking. We have tried to work with Mr. Sandavol and he has told us for a year that he would re-roof the whole thing, but there is always an excuse. Have not been able to contact him - left number several times. As of today, we are going to have to pursue legal channels to get resolved. We have been very patient.
