Have always had good service and results. . Went for an 2nd estimate for my Kirby at a competitor's just north on Plainfield and was charged $87 dollars more for the same service and parts. The other center also was going to charge me $25 just diagnose the problem. At the VCC estimates are free. I'm sold on them now!

I recently purchased a replacement accessory for a used Hoover. Waited weeks for the part to come in. After an expenditure of approx. $30 and only two uses, the new part broke. I should have been suspicious when the part said "assembled in Mexico." The Plainfield store refuses to replace the defective part as I have no receipt. Impossible to believe they would not have a record of a special order, especially one so recent. No more will I do business here. Will be getting my bags and belts for the 3 Vacuums I own elsewhere.
